Standardizing tech transfer

An open database of licensing terms to lower the barriers for inventors to translate their work and level the playing field between inventors and universities. The SAFE leveled the playing field for founders raising from VCs. Glassdoor equalized the relationship between employees and employers. Standard terms will do the same for scientists.
